While the IDC certification tests are done in ideal conditions, real-world range experienced may be 130 to 150 kms for the average rider – still enough to satisfy daily commute needs. The lower-spec Ola S1 has a reduced max IDC range of 141 kms – so the S1 X+ offers over 25% more range.

The S1 X+ uses a high performance hyperdrive 8.5 KW hub motor which offers best-in-class top speed of 115 kmph – making it the fastest electric scooter in India.
The motor also delivers strong acceleration allowing 0-40 kmph in just 3 seconds. While you may not hit max top speed limit often, the superior acceleration provides a fun riding experience. The entry level Ola S1 is limited to a 90 kmph top speed.

Delivery Estimate
Ola Electric began test rides for the Ola S1 X+ in November 2022 across major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru. While official sale date has not been announced, Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal indicated deliveries of the Ola S1 X+ would start within December 2023 based on queue position.
